Polaris Xpedition Headache Rack (3/4 Rack)

Add serious cargo capacity to your Polaris Xpedition without installing a full length rack. The AJK Offroad 3/4 Headache Rack gives you a strong elevated platform for coolers, camping equipment, recovery gear, and other bulky supplies while leaving part of the factory bed open for taller cargo.

This three piece rack mounts directly to the factory bed rails and stands 9 inches above them, providing useful clearance underneath. Its 22.5 by 54 inch top tray is CNC laser cut from .125 inch aluminum for lightweight strength, then finished in a mildly textured black powder coat for lasting protection. Optional Milwaukee Packout mounts let you secure modular storage boxes directly to the rack.
