Shipping policy
At SXS Garage, all orders are shipped directly from our trusted vendor and manufacturer partners to the customer. This allows us to offer a wide selection of aftermarket side by side parts, accessories, and upgrades without storing inventory in a single warehouse.
Order Processing
Most orders begin processing shortly after they are placed. Because products are drop shipped from different vendors, processing times may vary depending on product availability, vendor workload, and warehouse location.
Typical order processing time is 1 to 5 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page or communicated after purchase.
Shipping Times
Shipping times vary based on the vendor, product size, shipping carrier, and customer location. Most standard ground shipments arrive within 3 to 10 business days after the order has shipped.
Large, oversized, freight, or made to order items may require additional handling time and may take longer to arrive.
Multiple Shipments
If your order includes products from multiple vendors, your items may ship separately. You may receive more than one tracking number, and packages may arrive on different days.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking updates may take up to 24 to 48 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the products ordered, shipping destination, package size, weight, and vendor shipping requirements.
Some oversized or freight items may require additional shipping charges. If additional charges apply, we will contact you before the order is processed.
Freight and Oversized Items
Certain large products, including roll cages, bumpers, doors, roofs, storage systems, and other oversized accessories, may ship by freight carrier.
Freight shipments may require a valid phone number, delivery appointment, and signature at delivery. Customers are responsible for inspecting freight shipments before signing for delivery. If damage is visible, note the damage with the carrier before accepting the shipment and contact SXS Garage as soon as possible.
Shipping Restrictions
At this time, SXS Garage primarily ships within the United States. Some products may have shipping restrictions based on vendor policies, product size, or destination.
We do not guarantee delivery to P.O. boxes for oversized items or freight shipments.
Backorders and Availability
Because inventory is managed by our vendor partners, product availability can change quickly. If an item is out of stock, backordered, or discontinued after your order is placed, we will contact you with available options.
Options may include waiting for the product to become available, choosing an alternative product, or canceling the order for a refund.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. SXS Garage is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been submitted to the vendor.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
SXS Garage is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier marks them as delivered.
If your order arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible with your order number, photos of the damage, photos of the packaging, and any carrier notes. We will work with the vendor and carrier to help resolve the issue.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Because orders are submitted to our vendor partners quickly, changes or cancellations are not guaranteed once an order has been placed.
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us immediately. If the order has already been processed or shipped by the vendor, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
