Protect vulnerable air conditioning components before rocks, sand, and trail debris can damage them with the DRT Motorsports Polaris Xpedition Front A/C Line Protection Kit. Designed specifically for A/C equipped Polaris Xpedition NorthStar models, this two piece kit shields exposed lines, fittings, and the charge port at the front and rear of the vehicle.

The front shield mounts to the A/C condenser to protect the exposed line and charge port from rocks, branches, and other debris that could break or shear these components. The rear shield covers the A/C lines near the firewall, helping deflect debris away from these critical areas.

Both guards are made from laser cut aerospace grade aluminum that is formed and welded for dependable protection without unnecessary weight. A premium semi gloss black powder coat provides a durable finish, while black stainless steel hardware and OEM style push pins create a secure, factory quality installation. The rear shield also features laser cut DRT branding with an anodized contrast plate that can be customized to complement your vehicle.
