Polaris Xpedition Exhaust Cover

Clean up the rear of your Polaris Xpedition with the AJK Offroad Exhaust Cover. Designed to replace the factory plastic cover, this rugged steel upgrade adds a stronger, more finished appearance while bringing custom color and aggressive hexagon styling to the back of your machine.

The main frame is CNC laser cut and bent from 16 gauge steel, then finished in black powder coat for lasting protection. Separate hexagon vent inserts are available in multiple factory inspired Polaris colors, or raw steel so you can create your own custom finish. Installation uses the factory mounting holes, so no drilling is required, and aluminum body washers provide a clean final touch.
