Strengthen the steering system on your 72 inch machine with the DRT Motorsports Polaris RZR Turbo S M16 Rack HD Billet Aluminum Tie Rod Kit. Engineered specifically for the OEM M16 steering rack, this heavy duty upgrade replaces the factory rod ends while retaining the original rack and bellows.

Each tie rod is CNC machined from aerospace grade 6061-T6 billet aluminum for increased strength without excessive weight. The design maintains clearance throughout the complete steering and suspension range, including full droop and compression, so surrounding components remain clear across rough and technical terrain.

Three piece PTFE lined chromoly rod ends use left and right hand threads for convenient alignment adjustments. Proprietary inner ball joints seal against the OEM bellows to help protect the steering rack from water, sand, and dirt. Stainless steel misalignment spacers and Class 10.9 hardware provide strong, dependable connection points throughout the system.
