Bent tie rods are a trail ride ender — upgrade before it happens. The 50 Caliber Racing Heavy Duty Billet Tie Rod Kit for the Polaris S 900, S 1000, and General is machined right here in the USA from solid 6061 CNC billet for maximum strength and trail durability.

This kit fits 2 and 4 seat models across multiple years and is available in raw or black powdercoat. These rods are built to take the hits that bend stock tie rods and keep your steering geometry dialed in even when the terrain gets rough. A direct, bolt-on upgrade that pays for itself the first time it saves your ride.

Pretty happy with this so far. I picked up the Polaris General / RZR Heavy Duty Tie Rod Set. I took my time checking the fit before having it installed. Happy with how it turned out. The outer box was bigger than it needed to be.
