Polaris RZR Pro XP Long Travel Suspension Kit

Go wider, stretch the wheelbase, and give your Polaris RZR Pro XP the planted stance it should have had from the factory. The L&W Fab Long Travel Suspension Kit adds 4” per side, bringing your Pro XP to a 72” width with stock offset wheels. It also adds 3.5” to the wheelbase for better stability, more confidence at speed, and a tougher long travel look.

This kit is built around high clearance front A-arms, adjustable high clearance trailing arms, billet aluminum radius rods, and upgraded tie rods with L&W HD rebuildable inner joints. The front A-arms use a 1.75” forward offset, while the rear trailing arms use a 1.75” rear offset to improve stability and tire clearance. It keeps the factory shock locations and works with factory Pro XP bushings and factory stock size ball joints.

• Factory Pro XP bushings and factory ball joints can be reused
• Ball joints and A-arm bushings do not come installed when purchased
• L&W Fab recommends a spring upgrade because this kit will greatly increase spring softness
• 14” wheels may contact the A-arm at full turn, steering stops are recommended when running 14” wheels
• Only steel parts, A-arms and trailing arms, come powder coated when powder coat is selected
