This kit includes one black vinyl bump seat, one 4 point harness with a sewn in harness pad and chest buckle, all mounting hardware, and installation instructions. Dimensions are 11 inches wide, 26 inches tall, 14 inches deep, 10 inch seat depth, and 14 inches from the harness slot to the seat base.
