Designed around the Crew model’s extended roofline, this modular rack creates valuable overhead space for gear, tools, and trail supplies while maintaining a clean, integrated appearance.

The multi-material system combines laser cut steel panels, extruded 6061 T6 aluminum center crossbars, and forged aluminum side plates for a lightweight yet rigid structure. Integrated tie down points make it easier to secure cargo, while the extruded crossbars support drop in T nuts and Quick Fist style accessory mounts. Precision billet brackets connect directly to the OEM roof mounting locations for a solid installation.

Nice addition to the cab

This ended up being a nice addition. I picked up the Polaris Ranger XD 1500 Crew Roof Rack Kit. This is a simple change that makes spending time in the cab a little nicer. I would have liked a little more detail in the product description. No regrets on this one.
