The thick nylon exterior is UV treated for outdoor durability, while a water-resistant inner lining adds another layer of protection against the elements. An integrated elastic band keeps the cover securely fitted around the jack, and the design allows the retention straps on compatible Pro Eagle 2.0 vehicle mounts to wrap directly over it.
